What are the outcomes for choosing the Kings in Orzammar: Dragon Age Origins?

For those who have played Dragon Age Origins, I know this question has been asked a thousand times, but I need help getting facts right. I've been asking around and I can't decide which person would be better for King, Bhelen or Harrowmont. I know it depends on what I want, but I don't understand the effects of each. Could someone explain the outcomes of each selection for king and maybe what each of their quests are, please? It might help. It really has no affect on the game which is made king. If you play as a dwarf you find out how bad of a person Bhelen truly is but if you make him King you find out that he was a fairly good ruler in the epilogue and with Horrowmont hes a decent person but in the epilogue not necessarily a better ruler. I've played numerous times and have had both of them as king and other than a change in the epilogue there really isn't any change to the game so do which ever one you find easiest or the one you haven't done yet.What are the outcomes for choosing the Kings in Orzammar: Dragon Age Origins?

If you choose to support Harrowmont, later you will discover in the epilogue that his reign was troubled, and that he eventually fell ill - likely from poison - and died.

If Bhelen becomes king, he rules as a reformist and works to strengthen Orzammar's connection with the surface world. He also offers casteless greater rights and privileges in exchange for military service against the darkspawn. This policy allows Orzammar to reclaim lost territory, but angers the warrior and noble castes. After several attempts on his life, Bhelen dissolves the Assembly and rules alone.
