I've got an HP Pavilion dv6. 4G RAM, Intel Media Accelerator Core i3 and I am not sure what it's equivalent is. So I can't figure out of I could run Dragon Age at a reasonable speed with this?

Intel GMA's aren't for games. I'd be surprised if you could even get the game to run. It might run on all low settings 800x600 but don't quote me on that.Can I run Dragon Age with a Core i3 pocessor?
Yes. Rather than the processor, you should be more concerend about the Intel Media Accelerator...you will probably have to turn down some details...
