you get the code with DA:O, not ME2. THe blood dragon armor code works for both games.
The Blood Dragon Armor for Dragon Age Origins I believe is DLC only, unless you get the Ultimate Edition (in which case it is in the DLC section on the disk, just like all the other DLCs). Ultimate Edition also comes with a code to get the armor in Mass Effect 2. I've not heard of it working the other way around.Dragon age origins blood dragon armor help?
I got my code inside of my Dragon Age: Origins box for PC. It was in a little pamphlet inside the case where the instructions and manuel come in. I also got the Shale companion. (He is very awesome!) I got it at Christmas so I don't know if it would come with yours.

if its not in the games case, then you do not get it. there is a card for the golem mission and on the back is the dragon armor.

I am not sure... but thought that you only get the blood armor with a new copy of dragon age itself...
besides that there are also actions with add-ons etc...
