Go with 2. Awakening is a good story involving the books and for a few characters in 2 but if you're wanting a full game 2 is the best.Dragon age awakening or dragon age two?
Awakening is fun, but it is just an expansion. If you can only play one get DA2. It's a whole new experience and there is a lot more to it. But, Awakening is still worth playing if you get the chance.
